All my life I have loved the outdoors. I often spent my spring breaks renovating my parents flowerbeds bringing life back to their yard. When I found horticulture- specifically floral design - I found a way to merge my passion and creativity into a career! After studying the craft for the past several years, Lover Bloom Co. was born! Some may wonder why the name "Lover Bloom Co." Well dear reader, after a lengthy decision process and me being the Swifty that I am, I was listening to the song "Lover" by Taylor Swift and instantly fell in love (no pun intended) with the name Lover. Defined as someone in love or two people in love with each other, I felt the lyrics of the song struck a chord with how I wanted my business to be portrayed. As a wedding and event florist my whole job is based on exemplifying a couple's love for eachother and celebrating them through flowers.
I love to express my creativity through my passion for flowers. I often refer to floristry as artwork because each hand-selected bloom and piece of greenery work together to create the perfect movement and shape similar to a painting.
